The Newsletter is offered for sale, to private individuals only, by Kauders Portfolio Management ("the Firm") whose contact details are listed on this site. The main business of the Firm is investment management.

Only recent editions of the Kauders Portfolio Management Newsletter are offered for sale here. All other back-numbers can be downloaded free of charge. Please download and read one of these back-numbers to ensure the Newsletter is suitable for your purpose.

There are two identical versions of each Newsletter.

  • If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you must select the UK download.
  • If you are resident anywhere else you must select the non-UK download.

In purchasing, you warrant that you have selected the correct version according to your principal country of residence. You also warrant that you have read a back-number and established that the Newsletter is suitable for your purpose.

The Newsletter contains opinion, comment and information which may be of interest to investors and potential investors and is intended for UK based investors. It does not contain investment tips or advice. Your purchase entitles you to receive one copy of the stated edition only. Edition validity will expire at the exclusive determination of the Firm.

The Newsletter is copyright and you may not copy, extract from or distribute it in any form, whether electronic or print. You may print one copy of the downloaded file for your personal use only.

These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language and the Newsletter is published in English. These Terms and Conditions are made under English law and in the event of any dispute, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
